RUGD was formed due to my initial need of a site with no ads, describing paddling, techniques, building kayaks and pointing me in the right direction with no-fashion, no-bullshit minimalist gear and clothing out in the wild where they matter. If you have opinions about our stuff or this site, please share! Learning every single day is a simple pleasure of mine. As you can probably tell the shop is kind of an experiment.
