Relay racing day
How much rain can fall in a day in Nuuk. We could ask ourselves that today. However, I think no one did. It is just a minor inconvenience when changing in and out of your kayak clothes. I know you have heard it before but it needs occasional repeating; do not let the weather come between you and your kayaking!

What is team racing?
A team consists of three kayakers. They are exchanging a Norsaq and one member at a time paddles the course. Our course was 3,7 km (paddled per team member) and our team members were Kyle (USA), David (SWE) and me, Tibor (SWE).
There was no drama in the relay exchange. Bummer. It can be fun for the bystanders, less so for the involved i guess. Except the bungees on my old Ilaga were so loose my Norsaq came off a few times. Had to shove it inside the spraydeck eventually. No time to miss paddle strokes...
Papa Pavia (Tobiassen) and his sons Sinni and Ujarneq won, not unexpectedly and with a plentiful margin. What does the dude feed his sons for breakfast, polar bears?
