When someone needs extra stylish spray decks, I make them. Most of these are not the traditional chest high, loose model, actual akuilisaq, but stylish enough to make you look good imho. If you want to stay traditional you probably have to be involved in seal hunting.
Now, some people go into panic mode if their spray skirt is on tight. These models are not harder to pull off your cockpit than a regular sprayskirt for decent seas and it has more with geometry to do than how tight you tie the cord. Who knows, maybe we all should practice more?
