Yes probably, if it’s not an XL. Currently, our tuilik can stretch over a keyhole cockpit. You may have to tie the bungee further out to the ends for ease of use.
We have altered the base model slightly to cover both ocean style and keyhole cockpits. Here is an image of a commonly used kayak with a large cockpit lip. It is tight but fits well. The jacket size is medium. With this stretch, some more water will seap through, but that is generally not a problem.
